Does the install service include installing modules?

Let me be more specific. Does the install service include Sigma module / template installation?

You should contact providers of products directly about the services they offer. I can only speak about TemplateCodes and what they offer.

On the install service that is provided by 68 Classifieds and is offered as an add on service at check out, does that install service include installing mods such as sigma?

No, the the installation only includes the templates provided with the script, sigma is a template provided by template codes and they are 68 classifieds developpers and sell this template seperately.
