i frame problem

some files are automaticaly inserting with iframe code... that is some type of threat

for that reason site is not working properly

How it got there can be a few different ways. Here are some of the commons ones I have seen.
1. Your computer is infected and uses your stored ftp information to edit the files.
2. You have an insecure script on your web hosting.
