Default Install Time Frame

I purchased 68c 4.1.2 along with the install support last week, but had to change my server platform and resent the request for my install to continue since the server was ready for installation on Apr 30. However, I have received no reply back from support up to now at 9:00pm ET. I even sent two more emails to support with no response. Is it usual for so much time to pass before installation is carried out?

No, its not usual to go that long without a reply and what I have seen to generally be the culprit is that the clients mail server is flagging the mail as spam.

I recommend you add 68classifieds.com tou your white list and submit another ticket.

I have used my live.com account to respond directly to the support team's email which I had received within my mailbox so this is not the problem. I have received three support emails already via my email account and would respond directly from the particular email. Only today I visited the ticket and made a further comment.

Hi, Can you post your ticket id and I will look into this? We are swamped with tickets at the moment and it may have been over looked.

Thanks. My first support ticket is [68SUPPORT #YOC-502129]. I opened a second support ticket [68SUPPORT #GUY-588486] today. Your help will be appreciated. I'm anxious to get my site up and running ASAP.

Regards.
