So, I'm talking with one of my clients on the phone whom I'm completely redoing their website. I had made a couple of beta mockups for him to choose from for the new layout on my web server.

I tell him to click on the link that I sent him in email to look at the mockups...

I wait and I wait and I wait...

Me: "Do you see the first mockup?"

Client: "Well, I saw it before, you know... yesterday when you sent me the email with the link, but..."

Me: "But, what?"

Client: "Well, now it's not there! I'm trying to download the internet right now, but it's not working!!!"

Me: Envisioning him downloading the internet.
