V3.1.3 is released

Version 3.1.3 is now released and available from the members section.

This version fixes all the bugs reported and also includes an upgrade to the Smarty template system files.

New in v3.1.3 is two new email templates for renewals and memberships. We have also added primitive support for Linkpoint API but it is not recommended to begin using it until further testing has been done.
