Does anyone have the knowledge to modify new listing plugin and have it pull only data from a particular state.
What I would like to do is create 50 pages and have it so that this plugin will be pulling data from a particular state, just like how the new listing one works. That way there people can see the latest listing from their state with the extra pages that I have created.

for example http://www.usellibuy.com/michigan.html will have all the latest listing from people living in Michigan..and so for..

The listing filter module accomplishes this and it will work with other templates. Quite a few people have integrated it with the default template in the past. Basically, css horizontal listings and showlistings get filtered by the state selected.

There are many sites using the listing filter for this purpose and perhaps someone will offer their site as an example. You can see how it works on My Classifieds Website .
