V4.1.x Is there a mod for an Email Alert on Kewords mod?

I have seen this on olx and some other sites, where you want to be notified of new ads that contain the keywords that you are interested in. In some sites it's tied in with the radius search.

You enter the key words and when new ads are created or something... then the customer will get an email with that or those links.

Also I don't see any mods on a flagging system, is there one of those also?

Also share, is this a part of the 4.1 system, that will allow members to share ads to T, F etc...?

I'm not sure I see the question here? There is not any mod that I am aware of for this.

What exactly do you mean by "flagging system"? There is an existing free mod for ad reporting That is to place a link in the ad listings to report the ad to the admin.

This is already a built in feature for registered users.

There is a share with a friend email built in. As far as share on social networks, etc. There isn't a mod that I know of, however there are free ones available a plenty on the net such as addtoany, addthis, etc.. A quick search on Google would do wonders.
