Lightbulb Joomla! Module showing 68C ads

Hello

I use 68C for a long time and the CMS Joomla! as well.
My wish was to display ads from the 68C classifieds software inside a Joomla! driven website.

That's why I did write a Joomla!-Module, called mod68ads.

This module allows you to show the ads on any module position of Joomla! or inside an article.

The module has many settings parameter, such as:
Featured only, number of ads to be shown, limit the ads by age or picture, to show or not to show the price, username, ads title or category name. Include or exclude (ads, categories, users), define the layout and many more.

If you have 68C and Joomla! running, you might give this module a try ;-)

Website:
The Joomla!-Module mod68ads

There is a basic version for absolute free for download and an extended version which costs a small fee.

Here I use the module on a live site:
http://www.tiersuche.ch

The module is used twice there. Once it shows the featured ads (3 at the moment) in the left column, and second it shows one random ad at a time in the upper right box.
Please do not post test ads there, thank you.

Patrick

Thumbs up

I run two Joomla driven, non-profit community sites and have been a fan of Mambo/Joomla for many years. I wish you well with your module.

Hi Michael and thank you for your feedback

Just like you, I run two Joomla! driven non-profit websites as well. One of them uses 68C, that's why I got the idea and the need of writing the module :-)
