V4.1.x Rating module - username-email

Hi,

I am using the rating module,
But i want to transform it into a auction system,
so users can place bids.

But i want to create the possibility for the listing-owner, to email people who placed a bid.

So i placing a bid is only available for loggedin users,
But how can i create a link to PM the user who placed a bid (a rating)
