Hey i was wondering if there is any way to get the Bulk Upload System for v4 for cheap or free?

In exchange for something else?

That module is no longer for sale as far as I know. Furthermore, no one else has the right to give it to you except for the original developer. I would suggest contacting him, Maffo.
