New modules - proposals wanted

I hope to see a overall statistic mod;

to see the top 5,10 and 25 most viewed ads.
to see the top 5,10 and 25 most placed they came from (from google, yahoo etc)
to see how many procent of the viewers of a listing will 1. contact the seller by 1a email 1b, pm. 2. will refer this to a friend, 3. will save this to its favorites.
to see the top 5 most used category.

stuff like that,


2. and a part template mod, that users can choose (during checkout) wich viewlisting template (predefined by the amin) the want to have

3. A print flyer mod
So the seller (and only the seller) can print a flyer with the can hang in a supermarket (with little strokes with phonenumber etc)

4. a welcome PM mod, if users registered, they alrady have a pm with some welcome text and maybe a discount code

5. (edit) a sellers mod
So sellers can see with members saw their ad (or top 5)

6. Chat with the seller
So registered users can chat with the seller of the ad (also with a offline/online status image)
V3 Chat - Instant Messenger

and my last but most urgent req:
A "buy a place in a listing mod"

e.g.John is selling a red BMW, but there is another seller who is selling a black BMW. So John is interested in the listing of the black BMW, not because he wants to buy it, but because people who view this ad are most likely also interested in his ad, so he can buy a place in the ad of the black bmw where he can have a mini ad (title, 1 photo and url to his ad). John has to pay extra to put his mini ad (promoting his listing) in a listing of a other seller, be can buy mini-ad-packages (in views, clicks or days)

P.S. (urgent) A news module (News Manager Lite 3.5 Software by Expinion.net integration).

A while ago maffo developed a new module, but because maffo isnt active anymore, i think its a opening to develop such a module,

renew your listing in 5 seconds (using 123ticket)

Only the seller will see a small message with a phone number and a code,
(cal the number enter the code ,press submit) and the listing has been renewed.

On our site, every listing is free. There no "Featured" or anything that generates a cost to the user.

I think our users find it confusing that when you go through the initial listing process and also when you go through the "Renew" process it makes mention of the costs involved. Even though the cost is always $0, it gives them the feeling that at some point in the process they will be charged something.

I understand that there probably aren't many 68C clients needing this MOD but i would be willing to pay for it.
