Default Errors in v.5 install

I'm working on importing data from version 4.1.8 to version 5.0.1 and I'm having some errors when I try to complete step 2. For what it's worth, we are starting over on a new domain with a new license, and I imported all of the data from our previous site to the new one before attempting the upgrade. The import was successful and appears to have worked as it should have.

Here are the errors:

It occurs after I click on the step 2 button, and it asks to click on step 3. I then get a fatal error after clicking on step 3.

I'm sorry for my confusion but in your first post, you say that the import appears to be successful but now you're saying you get a fatal error.

Also, the notices you received (while disconcerting) shouldn't have prevented the import from taking place.

If the import was not successful and this is still not resolved, please submit a support ticket with your ftp and hosting control panel information.

THANKS!
