NL & BE Picture change

Hi guys,

Is it possible to change the site Picture to the country someone comes from?
I am specialising in the Dutch and Belgian advertisers and I would like to
automaticly change the pic. to paardenverkoop.net or paardenverkoop.be...

Is it possible and if so how?

My guess is you would need to have some sort of ip to location system and then show the image based off this. It may be easier to somehow tie into the language selection and show it based off that.

hi,

You can maybe translet the word "templateswitcher" to something with country.
So people have to select their country, and you can code the picture based on the tempalte,
So you have to duplicate the tempalte and rename it to : 1 belgie and the second one to Nederland (belgium/the netherlands)
Set only those two tempaltes open for the template switcher, and change the pic in the template,
You can maybe add a little message at the top of your home.tpl to indicate that people have to select a country.

I hope you understand what i mean

(anders ff in het nederland, vertaal gewoon de tempalte switcher naar een land selector zodat mensen eerst moeten kiezen in welk land ze wonen (waar ze vandaan komen) en je kan gewoon in de template de afbeelding rechtstreeks in de code zetten)

That will work fine - just put the image you want in your layout.tpl
