PHP Speedy
Hello,
I would like to install PHP Speedy on my site and I wonder if I should install it in the root folder or the template folder? I ask this question because I have installed PHP Speedy in the root folder and the css in test page gives an error. I think it can not find the css. Also in which file do I insert the php code?
