I apologize if this is the wrong category/forum to post this question.

I am looking for a php Banner Ad program - not one that is necessarily a 'mod' for 68 classifieds, but something that is independent and will be easy to place on 68 classifieds and phpBB as well as the static pages of my website, and utilize PayPal.

Just looking for suggestions good and bad.

Also google has released ad manager which runs on their servers and you just include the code. Never used it though.

Hi,

I am also looking for a banner manager, but advertisers have to be able to make an account, and start a campaing on themselves, (the admin has to approve though).

Do you also great software with this feature?

I tried softbiz but it isnt opensource and its hardcore english (and i need it for a dutch site)
