You must be trying to access the site from areas of the world that I have blocked access due to high amounts of SPAM and/or hacking attacks. I will look into this and attempt to correct the issue.
I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I have removed the majority of blocks from my site after reviewing my log files. If anyone has an issue accessing the site, please send me a PM and include your IP in your message. Thanks, -Mike
