68Green userindex.php

Hello! I am using V3.1.7 Developer and the 68Green template. I am having a problem with userindex.php. The Modify your account, Browse your listings, Add a listing, and Your favorites all have broken images above the text. What do I do about this? I have looked through all of the images that were downloaded with 68Green and do not see anything that looks like should go in those spots. Please advise.

Okay, here are the png files that I am missing:

I have even re-downloaded the files, thinking that maybe they got deleted somehow, but they are not there either.
