Hi, I am completely new to the 68 classifieds and recently purchased the Designer edition. I have installed it all fine but now I am just wondering how to change it to suit my own site layout
Is it possible to make it look like the rest of my site- http:/l - which I designed before I discovered this software.I am probably being really stupid, but is there a tutorial or anything out there that will help you customize it. I tried editing the style.css and layout.tpl.php files in the templates folder and uploaded them, but nothing changed Thanks for any help. Last edited by martini55; 06-23-2007 at 04:37 PM. |

I had the same doubt when I started to customize my 68C.
Just make a copy of the /templates/default folder to your own (.i.e. /templates/mytemplate) and just modify all the files inside this new folder. Just to show you how radical could be the changes, here is my website: www.espacoecia.com.br Cheers.

Thank you
I've more or less got the hang of it now, just a few little things to work out. Your site is great, just goes to show how much you can change the templates!
