Still Dazed & Confused about 68C Hosting

I understand that 68C hosting is $29.99/month. The Order Now page says "Once you purchase the 68 Hosted edition we will install 68 Classifieds on our server...".

1) Will the cost for the hosted 68C plus Developer license be $199.00 (one-time fee) plus $29.99/mo.? Or, is the Developer license INCLUDED in the monthly hosting fee?

2) Does the hosted app agreement require any minimum contract commitments on the part of the customer (other than paying the fee every month)?

3) Does the hosted app include the free template?

Let me try to clarify.

The cost is just $29.99 and it includes the developer edition. No other payment is required.

2) Does the hosted app agreement require any minimum contract commitments on the part of the customer (other than paying the fee every month)?

No minimum contract commitment. As long as you pay the $29.99 monthly you will be able to use the script. You can cancel after the first month if you do not like it.

3) Does the hosted app include the free template?

No the hosted app does not include the free template. Only the $199 purchase of the developer edition comes with that offer.
