Special characters question

HI!

1. Whenever i set up an extra field if the field contains any special characters like in my language (�őű�����)
only strange charaters are appear.

I followed this guide: UTF-8 - 68 Classifieds
Now the spec character are ok in the dropdown extra field, but once the ad is done the resoult is again strange stuffs.

2. These characters are also only strange chars whenever i put spec chars into the Payment->Manage product.

Got any idea? The MYSQL is setted up UTF8.
In the "language".php everything ok except these.
