Custom work required

Hi
I require some custom features on the latest version

1. Add Contact Seller Button on the page ( below photos and larger button at the bottom of page)
2. Hide some of the address fields of the seller for privacy reason.
3. Add section on the bottom of the listing on where the seller will transfer the gun at (this is required by law)
4. Field for seller to show firearm license number
5. For used section, drop down field for : Great -100%, Good -75%, Ok-50%, Needs Work-25% Poor -10%
(note words such as great,ok,etc can be editedby admin)
6. Extra pages which will showcase dealers(or shops) (show details of the dealer plus pictures etc)
7. Notify Me : if similiar listing is listed (this would need to be matched to the type of product and the product name, with options of the user to select all or some : ie brand name, gauge, price under, prize same, prize over, etc


If you are able to help please provide estimate cost and time to complete the changes
