Not sure how this happened, but there is only one admin login and it seems it has lost its admin rights. This means that I can't login into the administration. I resent the password but that didn't work. How can I create a new admin user without being able to login in to the backend? Can I do it directly in the class_users table, for example? Thanks.

If you have access to the DB via phpmysql or the like check the users table and look for the admin user and make sure that users "level" is 1.
I have had this happen to me a couple times as well but I have not been able to reproduce it so its dificult to report as a bug or try and track down why its happening.
