v4.0.x Extra Value Select Lists Resetting When Modifying A Listing

I am using 4.0.9 Developer and have found an issue in that when a person logs in and attempts to modify their listing, any extra fields that are select lists don't show their value as 'selected' so it forces the user to re-choose in order to validate and update the listing.

Is this a bug or something I am doing wrong.

For example, I have an extra field that shows manufacturers. The listing is placed and a valid manufacturer is chosen and saved. When I go to modify the listing to update something like price of whatever, the select list for make is sitting at please choose instead of the value from the record. I cannot just submit the form without re-choosing my manufacturer.

Stable enough means what? It has different meaning to different people, whats acceptable to you may not be to me or vice versa.

4.1 is still beta and I have worked with Eric a bit last week to identify a couple bugs I found so rc4 is NOT bug free.

Only YOU can answer your question, but its still considered BETA for a reason.
