Default Error upgrading from 3.1

I tried to run upgrade from 3.1 to 4.1 rc4 and got all kinds of errors. I tried to restore everything and tried again....different errors. I did make backups of everthing but to make a long story short I have basically lost everything..... So now I did a clean install and it is up and running. My question is how can I get my old db installed to get my existing ads back?

Thanks
Bob

Hi Eric,

Yes I do.... I actually have got it working now except ads still display no user info... same in admin. I looked at class_user table and all info is in there.

I think the easiest thing to do would be to submit a ticket with your ftp details and a link to get to phpmyadmin. I can then go in and see if I can find out what is going on.

Also include a link to this post so I know what it is for.

I just submitted a ticket but I don't see it when I view my "my tickets".

Did you get it?

Sorry I must have left the office once you submitted the ticket. I do see it and will look into it today.
