Default Accepting XML Feeds

Just wondering if there is a mod available, that allows 68 classifies to accept xml feeds. (Example: Find My Caravan) I want this website....www.rvppoint.com.au be able to send its listings to me (findmycaravan site). I know you can export you feeds, but can you automatically accept and import listing from outside parties?

Anyone have something written for that?

Cheers
Todd

This is on the same wavelength as imports and is very complicated to do it right. For example lets say someone wants to use that feed here are just a few questions you need to ask yourself.....

WHen the ad his your site, who owns it?

How does someone visiting your site contact the owner?

What category does it go in?

what ad package is used?

What extra fields are in the feed and how do they fit into your sites extra fields?

Now, chances are the way you answer the above questions will be totally different than the next 68C owner.

If you want to display feeds on your site more as a service to your visitors, thats not terribly difficult but adding them into your database as an ad is very difficult.

Default one site to feed to 68

To better clarify, there wil only be 1 site that will import data to 68 classifieds, so in a sense, I will build my data base and categories around what he already has set up.

And what user to these get associated with and if someone visits your site and wants to contact the owner how do they do so? And at the end of the day, if I cant contact the owner easily why would I want to even use your site?
