url basics
In the section in the listing area where you put your company URL on a listing my customers are typing www.websitename.com and it is not a working link. I have to go and type https: in for them to get them to work. Can this be changed in my admin settings somewhere or is this the way it has to be done, or can it be changed elsewhere. I am using the hosted V4 product. Thanks

There is not anything to change in admin for this. If the client prepends the URL with http:// it will be a clickable link if not it will just display the URL without the protocol designation.
There is no logic in the scripts to try and determine if the client places https:// in front of it or not.
