seymourjames has a spectacular aura about
Default Creating A Site Map Of Search Results

How do I include a call to a php function which is in fact making a sitemap (list of urls) of search results from within the body of a page I have created with the admin panel.

Also is there a way to explicitly store the urls of search results which people make or is it already being done internally within a cache?

You cant. The pages created from admin are stored as data in the databae. A script requests data from the database and then displays it in the template. So if you have "code" in the page it will never be processed as code, its just treated as regular text.

I beleive search pages are cached. If you wanted to store the URL's created by the search it would involve custom code but I suppose it could be done.

Thanks - thought that may be the case - it means I will just have to create a static page of results out side of the template. It is mainly for machine use and not people as such. I have written a php function to make a lot of useful search pages already. Suprisingly easy to do with little php knowldege.

Is that cache easily readable - if I could extract the urls it would be interesting for various reasons. Anybody know?
