Hi,
I struggled with this issue for weeks now. If a user requests a password 2 different passwords are sent out (only the latest works). This really confuses the users. I already posted this on this forum, and the only advice I got was to upgrade. I renewed my subscription, downloaded 4.1.5 and performed an upgrade, and� still the same problem� I am stuck now. Please help!

If you renewed your support subscription, then your best bet is to submit a trouble ticket. We cant solve a problem that we cant recreeate on our end.

Often (like more than 50% of the time) it is because there is an FTP corruption in a file or a modification has been made. Before contacting support, upload all your core files again. Transfer 1 file at a time (i.e one connection). Don't FTP the config directory though, photos, thumbs nor your template folders except the default template folder as that should always be kept virgin anyway.
