Hello guys,
I set on the admin side (checkout settings) for the listings not to renew but I tried posting and the upgrade link still shows and I am able to renew the listing for the "x" amount of days on the package. I tried this also on the demo page and same thing happens... anyone can replicate this on their site? BTW the package I have is free.. Thank you. |

I will have to test this to try and duplicate it. Also you should be able to upgrade but not have the "renewal" option available.

I am not sure this is exactly the same problem, but none of my packages can be renewed. All are free packages. When I renew by clicking on the "Upgrade" or "Click here to Renew or Upgrade" links in the Modify an Ad view, I go to Step 1 to verify my Personal Info, then I go to Verify the Informaition page (userrenew.php) where the price is $0.00 and then I get the thank you page (thanks.php?gateway=check).
I just upgraded to the most recent version 4.1.2 bob 4.1.2 |

If you just upgraded then it sounds like you have some old out of date templates. Please replace any you haven't modified with originals from v4.1.2
