Hi
I have managed to find another post with the same problem, but there was no solution - How can i preserve linebreaks in extra fields when a user has used the return key? I would normally use str_replace() to replace all \n with <br />, but as they are removed from the listing upon insertion then I cant do this. I have tried removing the trim() function from GetSQLValueString() in functions.php, and from the extra field functions in Listings.php, to no avail. Can anyone tell me what I need to change this? The change is required as our extra fields allow users to enter sample menus - these obviously need to be seperated with breaks, not one massive line of text on one line! Ben |

What type of extra field is this? A textarea?
