1. Instead of showing the browse categories section, and having to click on a category to see the sub items, I'd rather have the categories arranged horizontally in the header and when you hover over them, the sub categories appear as a pull down. This would operate just like navigation menus with pull downs.

2. The ad listing page should display ads with different ad priorities differently. For instance, I want to display Platinum ads as large thumbnails with more text space. Below this, the Gold ads, which have smaller thumbnails and less text space, would be listed. And finally, the value ads (Silver) would be listed without images, just showing a title and a link. By ad listing page, I mean this page, for example: 68 Classifieds Chico Wedding Dresses

The simple answer is yes, it can probably be done but will also likely require you have the developer edition and some smarty and php knowledge.
