Short Description add listing

Where does the short description text show up on the web site. The Title shows up on the listings page, and the specific list page as does the long " Description" Text show. I do not see the short description test showing up anywhere? I have looked for settings to turn it on and there are none and no mention of where it shows up in the user guide.

what version of 68C are you using? What template are you using? What specific viewlisting template are you using?

Many of fields that are displayed are individually controled based on the user group. Edit the user group to hide/show fields selectivly for a given user group.

The short description field is only shown in the showlistings2.tpl. The default setting is to use the showlistings.tpl.

To set your site to use the showlistings2.tpl file, login to your admin, select the "Settings" main link, select the "Settings" sub link and then select the "Seach Settings" in the list. In the Search Setting options, select Short description display in the last option called, "Search Results Template".
