Hello guys,

Here is my problem. We've been modifying our website and started to add listings and while checking all the links, I realized that when I click the featured link, it shows all our listings and even the "not active" ones. We did customize most of the site but mostly if not all the template and language folders only...Anyways, I also submitted a ticket for this...Do anybody know where the php files for the "featured" listings are?

If you are refering to the original "Featured" tab, that uses the toplistings.php file. That gets all listings by default unless you specify parameters in the call. The original default template has this defined as such:
<li><a href="{$smarty.const.URL}/toplistings.php pg=featured">{$smarty.const.LANG_TPL_FEATURED}</a></li>

Did you change this in your custom template/layout.tpl file?

Please post your 68 Classifieds type (Designer, Developer), version (4.0.x, 4.1.x) and template in your postings asking for help. This information will help you get better answers for your posts. A great place to do this is in your signature!

No. We didn't change it. The
"<li><a href="{$smarty.const.URL}/toplistings.php? pg=featured">{$smarty.const.LANG_TPL_FEATURED}</a></li>"
is still there...I also tried changing to different built in templates but the the same thing, all of our listings are shown..I'll try checking toplistings.php...

Also, if this has something to do with it...I tried upgrading to 4.1.1 but all of our modifications were deleted so I reverted back to 4.1.0 just by overwriting files then I noticed this problem (I don't know if that is the cause of that because I haven't clicked the featured tab until after the fact.) I then deleted all the files then reinstall my backup copy and also installed my backup database...but still it persisted..anyways..let me know if there are anymore files I need to check..

I would not run v4.0.0 either upgrade to v4.0.9 or v4.1.1. This could have been a bug that has since been fixed.
