Adding the city and state in {$listingtitle}

Has anybody added the "city" and "state" in their listing title, I was wondering if anybody can help me out with the coding..I think the viewlisting.tpl.php is the file that gets updated

place {debug=true} in your layout.tpl.php template and when you view a page it will show you the template variables then you can string them together however you like.
