Default Index.php is corrupt...

Hi there - I have the 3.1 (as far as I can remember, I haven't messed with my classifieds in ages) designer edition of the classifieds... today, in trying to log in, I recieved this error:

The encoded file /home/canad22/public_html/classifieds/administration/index.php is corrupt.

I have been having some "issues" with my hosting lately in which one of my scripts has been vulnerable and I've been suspended - I've gone through just about everything to find the phishing accounts and where they were coming up and changed as much as I believe I needed to change (I am just waiting for a review from my tech support assistant).

Does anyone have any suggestions to work this out? I am not sure where the problem is originating, or whether this is an issue because of the phishing account issues I have had...

I am a relative tech newbie so it's best to speak slow and use little words.

Thanks in advance,
Amanda

(My classifieds can be found at Canadian Neigh.com Classifieds if it would help to look at that.)

Hi,

That error generally means one of two things.

1. You have old have an old loader installed. Usually through php.ini. To fix this ask your host to install the latest ioncube loader for your server.

2. The file is actually corrupt and you should upload an original and see if that fixes it.

I checked with my server - no problem.

Now I would like to reinstall index.php, however, I cannot seem to find my initial download of the classifieds program and I do not have access to anything to download in my customer's area...

Guess I will have to submit a ticket.

Or just log into the Customer Area and then go to downloads and download the script again.
