BigOrange will become famous soon enough
Default Page cannot be displayed during checkout

While going through the checkout process, if I click the back button during steps 3 (details), 4 (add photos), or 5 (verify) of checkout i get "The page cannot be displayed" if I'm using Internet Explorer. If I keep clicking the back button I eventually will get back to step 1 (select category).

I don't have the problem in Firefox. Do I have a bug in my code or is this normal when using IE?

Thanks!

It may be an IE issue however by clicking the back button during checkout it requires the page to be re-posted so it is not a good idea. That is the reason in v4 we added a breadcrumb checkout navigation so they can go back steps without loosing to much data.

I've looked at a few other 68c web sites using the same IE browser and they don't have the problem. Any ideas on what I could have changed that causes it to show "The page cannot be displayed"?

The bottom of the page says:
"Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer"

I think it is something I have changed but I have no idea what.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have found that if I turn off "Friendly Error Messages" in IE I get the following error message if I click the back button during checkout. Any ideas on why I'm getting and error when other 68c sites don't? Any way I can trap this error message and replace it with my own page explaining what to do next?
