Editing img captions-problems

Hi all,

I have just been made aware of a problem my users are having with my site. They are not able to edit the title of their photographs by themselves. When looking for the Admin view, when I click on modify images I can see an option to alter the titles and rank of the photographs. However, my users can only see the option to alter the rank of the pictures. Is there anyway to change this so that the users can change the titles of their photos by themselves?

That is a standard feature. If it isn't showing I would recommend uploading original template files to see if you changed them.
