Default Sitemap.php & SEO

Just a little confused, am I supposed to put the sitemap.php file in the SEO module or does it go in the main root of public_html folder...

Is this different for the 3.1.1 version compare how to version 4.0 is setup?

The SEO mod and the external.php file are two totally seperate things and not inter related in terms that one needs the other.

The external.php file goes in the root of your site with all the other front end script files and that is the case for all versions of 68c.
