Major modification - programmer needed

Hi

We are in the need of a major modification to our site. Our site already contain numbers of mods that we have developed our selves and with help from others.
What we now need to do concerns the checkout process.
It is very important that the modifications are done in our source code since we have modified a lot of code in the chceckout process already.

What we need to get done is as following:

When a user has selected a category in the checkout process, he fills out various information based on the package selected. He the uploads images an so on.
What we would like to achieve is that no insertion to the database tables is done until the button on the last page(sumary page) is pressed. When I say no insertion to the database tables I mean the original tables. One might of course use temp tables for this cause. Another demand is that it must be possible to navigate back and forward between the various steps in the checkout process, with the already filled in data still remaining in the forms. (if any).
These are the main spesifications, but we will come back with more details if anyone can do this.

We are of course willing to pay for the hours spend.

Thank you for your reply. Can you give me some more details on your terms and conditions?

The more detailed spesification I was talking about is a row of buttons in the layout.tpl.php file where one must be able to navigate back and forward between steps with. Take a look at http://www.landsnett.no/modules.php?mod=checkout and you will see a sketch of the buttons on the left side. Each button will represent a step in the checkout process.
