auto approve memberships adds only?

Howdy.
how would i go about making it so anyone that has bought a membership have their adds approved automatically and if they have bought only one ad administration has to approve it.

tha problem is that if a seller buys one ad, and selects 'cheque or money order' the add should only be approved once the cheque is received/cleared.

but for the members that have bought a membership, the add/s has already been paid for, therefore should be automatically approved.
