Any suggestion of a place to get the terms and condition along with the policy. Does anybody have the basic agreements for these two? I am looking for the basics policies so I can modify them to represent my web site.

I guess it depends on what kind of site you are running....
Look for a LARGE site that does something similar to what you are doing.... Go to their site and look at the very bottom for their Terms and Policy links... From that you can mod for your own site...and if it is a large organization, you can bet they had lawyers preparing it to protect them from all of the things that you are concerned about. Hope that helps...

There are sites on the web that will generate customs terms and conditions pages for you for free, just have to use google and take a little time to find them. |

Larry, I am from Michigan and last week, I spent so much time talking to lawyers around the Metro Detroit area or emailing them, either they don't know or they have no practice in that legal field "Information technology"...
here is one web site I found but is it worth paying for ... http://www.allbusiness.com/internet-...3472249-1.html

If you make appropriate changes for your site...it has been changed and does not constitute plagiarism. "Plagiarism is different from copyright infringement. While both terms may apply to a particular act, they emphasize different aspects of the transgression. Copyright infringement is a violation of the rights of the copyright holder, when material is used without the copyright holder's consent." Let's say for instance if you copied word for word what is used on someone's webpage design...that is an infringement of Copyright. Neither applies here if you CHANGE the document to apply to your website and modify sentence structure. Many of these documents read very similar, so the copyright issue here is a non-issue.
