With the module �Contact The Owner� as I can send one email to all the vendors of one category?

Not sure that I'm completely understanding your question here?
If you are asking if you can use the "Contact the Owner" to send an email to all owners of listings within a category, then the answer would be no. At least not without modding the script itself. The script is tied to the original listingid for the listing which the "Contact the Owner" is clicked within. -Mike
