Ion Cube Loader

I submitted this help request through the discussion forum last week and can't find resolution.

I'm trying to access the admin panel on my web site. When I enter the URL provided in the support document, I receive a browser error saying, "The file /var/www/vhosts/treasuretoad.com/httpdocs/administration/includes/init.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader."

I then performed the ionCube Loader test and all signs pointed to a successful installation with no further action required.

We will need the requirements from your software vendor. As noted, we are currently running ionCube PHP Loader v3.0.10, we will need to know specifically what version if required before our engineering team will review updating. We have checked www.68classifieds.com's site for requirements, and it does not specify a version requirement for ionCube. I see you mentioned you posted something to their forum... I would recommend you submit a support ticket with them for a speedier response. Please let us know once you have that information, and we'll review.

I thought I remember responding to that ticket. Anyway we are using the latest version of Ioncube so they will need the latest loader released.
