In the last couple of days I have had over 200 users email me saying there passwords are no longer working. I went to go into Admin and couldn't login either as it said my password was incorrect. I reset the Admin password and logged in but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary.
I am currently reseting user passwords on an individual basis. I have sent out a newsletter but as I am with Bluehost it only allows a maximum of 50 emails per hour so I'm only hitting a small percentage of them. Anyone else had the same sort of issues. I don't really mind doing it but just don't like the idea of people not being able to login to my site. Ideas ??? |
