Do you mean the site title which appears at the top of the browser? If so you have it in the main settings in the admin control panel. I think you need to post a picture or image.

This is not a TC question. You don't decide what google caches. Google has seen that your pages titles were this at some point in time. If you want to change page titles there are lots of threads in the forum about that.
