Submitted tickets not visible!

    Hi,

    I submitted 2 tickets, 1 yesterday and 1 today, 2 different ones. Now when I log in, then go to My Tickets, it's empty! How can I check if I have any open tickes and the status???
    Thanks in advance. Please let me know what's going on!

    As it turns out, it's not a problem with our ticketing system.

    When someone purchases from us, an account is created. The email address that is used when the account is created is what identifies you and your tickets.

    In your case, you checked out (and created an account) with your castor*****55@h*****l.com account. But you haven't submitted any tickets with this email address. You have submitted tickets with two other email addresses. So, the ticketing system has no way of associating the tickets you're expecting to see with your account.

    My recommendation is....
    - login at www.68classifieds.com/login
    - only submit tickets through your account page
    - only update tickets through your account page

    Thanks for the reply.
    Oh and sorry if I used the PM, but I didn't want to make a ticket of every little thing. I will avoid using PM.
