Description The Skins template is made for use with 68 Classifieds v4.1.x. The Skins template is like getting an unlimited number of templates for one price. the Skins template allows your visitors to choose a skin color from the "Member Navigation" menu on the right hand side of the web page. Once a skin is chosen, the page will automagically change to that skin. No refreshing, no waiting, but instant gratification. Their skin choice then remains throughout their visit and subsequent visits via a cookie for your website. The Skins template comes with 6 predefined skin choices. They are Blue, Chocolate, Green, Grey, Orange and Sky. The best part is, you also get a skins css stylesheet template, so you can create and offer as many more skins as you would like to. You can make your own new skins quite easily. You don't have to be a programmer, a CSS guru or anything like that. Just copy the template, put in your choice of colors in the stylesheet (Comments within the sheet itself will guide you in your choices), save the file to whatever name you would like to name your new skin (plus the ".css" suffix) to your skins folder, add it to your skins menu and you're done. We've also added some other features to same you time, trouble and aggravation. The Skins template supports all of the 68 Classifieds logo methods, but we've added a few features to these built in methods. The template should accommodate your logo image without having to fuss with additional settings. You uploaded logo image will automatically be placed within a clickable link so that when clicked will take you to the home page of your site as it should. If you use the Text options for your logo, then we got you covered there too. Each of the skins, can control the color of that text, so it won't break your skin colors theme. The copyright at the bottom of the page will automatically take care of itself with the current year, and site name dependent on your logo settings. Display advertising spaces are also built into the template. One top banner ad space (accommodates a IAB standard full banner 468 x 60) and two side banner ad spaces below your menus in the right hand column. the ad spaces are commented out by default. When you're ready to ad your display advertisements, just uncomment the ad space and paste in your ad code and you're done. Full documentation is included with your template purchase.
