    I dont actually have the time to write out and test code but you have database queries in the sitemap field you can look that already query the listings tables and loop through the results converting the results into xml.

    Just duplicate one of those sections, modify the query to query the table that holds the extra pages and do the same thing.

    The TemplateCodes site map module does this and can create a cached copy as well.
