Well I just do not have the time to make this 4.09 developer site commercially successful. It is fully search engine optimised but needs someone to focus on it commercially and build lots and lots of links to it - offers starting at 600 euros which is a give away for the domain and the software. I will even set it up on your own hosting provider if needed and put your own adsense into it - currently making a few bob each month but nothing spectacular. . Boats For Sale PM me if interested.
