I'm trying to contact ombre re license he's selling. I tried sending pm to him but it's not showing on my sent folder so I'm wondering if new forum member but not yet a customer can send pm? Also, what's the procedure for license transfer? Thanks!
Hi Maaku- I've confirmed that ombre has his account set up to receive PM's from visitors. In order to associate the license you transfer to an account that you own and in order to receive support, we request that you purchase an Updates and Support Renewal.
